I recently bought a weight loss guide called “Warrior Shredding Program” by Greg O’Gallagher.

You might have heard of him because of his successful YouTube channel.

I agree with Greg from Kinobody on a lot of things.

And if you do, I believe he has an admin who  answers questions for him. Just go to his site and leave a comment and they’ll respond as soon as possible.

If you’ve been training for a few years, look for something more advanced.

Don’t get me wrong, you’ll still pick up some useful information that you can apply to your training.
