Greg O’Gallagher is a popular YouTuber who consistently puts out informative content and tries to help as many people as possible.
I always found his advice worked very well for me so eventually, I decided to purchase one of his training and nutrition programs.
Warrior Shredding PDF Program
I loved it!
I slowly started to shed fat and I got leaner than I’ve ever been in my life.
I attribute my dieting success to the advice in the Warrior Shredding Program. While I had used most of his tips before, there were still some missing pieces I hadn’t picked up.
That’s what happens when you consume free information from a blog or YouTube channel instead of simply paying for the book.
There’s nothing wrong with using only his free advice.
But if you’re serious about your fat loss goals, you should be willing to pay the small price of $47 to get all the benefits of his training method.
You’ll lose fat faster and save yourself a lot of time by doing so.
Trust me, it’s worth it.
Aggressive Fat Loss PDF Program
As you can tell by the name, this program is aggressive. You’ll drop fat a lot quicker than using the Warrior Shredding program.
However, it is also harder to do.
Greg’s programs are all laid out to make dieting as enjoyable as possible. This program is no different but the aggressive nature of it makes it a little more demanding.
If you struggle to stay consistent on low calories, this isn’t a good option for you.
I’ve used it in the past and I find it more enjoyable than every other aggressive dieting method I’ve used. I’m miserable on low-carb, paleo or low-fat diets. For me, the best option is flexible dieting combined with Intermittent Fasting.
That’s the foundation this program is built on which is why it works so well for a lot of people.
But like I said, it’s more challenging than WSP. Therefore, I only recommend you use it if you…
- have a lot of fat to lose
- prefer short and aggressive diets to slower ones
- want to get shredded quickly for a special event (wedding, vacation, party, etc.)

Greek God PDF Program
So you’ve cut down to a lean 8-10% body fat using either the Warrior Shredding Program or Aggressive Fat Loss.
Now it’s time to gain some muscle!
But that doesn’t mean you can eat whatever you want and just lift heavy weights to get stronger.
Sure, you would get stronger. But you would also gain back all that fat you lost very quickly.
What’s the point of going through months of dieting if you just end up gaining all the fat back right away?
It doesn’t make any sense.
Instead, you’ll want to opt for a slower approach to adding muscle.
